Responsibilities
- Monitors and responds to climate and culture on campus, striving to maintain a positive environment for all
- Mentors, recruits, and/or retains high-quality teachers and staff, terminates when necessary
- Oversees professional development of all teachers and staff and ensures effective, research-based professional development is provided and implemented
- Observes all classes regularly; oversees and assesses the performance of all teaching staff and office employees
- Holds employee evaluation conferences based on records of performance observations
- Encourages and plans for collaboration and team building among staff
- Addresses, documents, and resolves all student, staff, and parent concerns and conflicts with professionalism
- Handles discipline decisions and behavior concerns with students K-8
- Mentors students struggling academically, socially or emotionally
- Creates, manages, and maintains master yearly calendars, schedules, and activities
- Evaluates instructional program effectiveness; develops and enforces policies and procedures to ensure that students are meeting all growth benchmarks
- Supports and teachers to create instructional plans for students not meeting growth benchmarks
- Supports instructional staff to continually strengthen instructional strategies, classroom management, and communication
- Coordinates and monitors special project timelines and completion
- Oversees special service programs (like SPED and ELL) implementation and compliance
- Leads, tracks, advises and mentors the student study team

Do you enjoy being around children and serving food? Then we have a position that might just be right for you. We are looking for a friendly adult to manage our breakfast and lunch program. This 25-30 hours a week position is responsible for:
- Taking inventory of the food delivered to campus from the caterer
- Preparing and sanitizing the lunch room tables and serving area
- Serving the food to students
- Overseeing student meal tracking and accounting
- Monitoring students while they eat
- Cleaning up the lunchroom and serving area
- Communicating needs with caterer and food service manager
This positions starts at minimum wage with pay increases available based upon job performance and longevity in the position.

- Current Food Handlers Card
- Valid Finger Print Clearance Card (IVP Level 1)
Physical Functions:
- Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching.
